It's that time of the year again! Fossil Ridge is excited to host its 5th annual Trunk-or-Treat Community Event on Saturday, October 4th, and we can't wait to see you there!

Join us for our Trunk or Treat event where we will be decorating pumpkins! Come to the library and have some fall fun creating your own unique pumpkin.

These instructor-led programs are a fun, educational, and creative way for Tweens to learn crafts and socialize.

Join us for a Play-Doh workshop! Display your creativity using our Play-Doh and tools. This program is for children aged 2-6, and registration is required.

Let's learn our ABCs! "Little Learners" is a fun, weekly program where preschoolers can master the alphabet through stories, music, and a craft. Join us as we explore the wonderful world of letters, one week at a time.

We welcome toddlers and their caregivers to join us every week for an exciting exploration of various toys and sensory materials.

Scared of a little competition? Come dressed in your spookiest attire and win a prize and bragging rights! Light refreshments will be served.

Participants learn industry trick of the trade to transform into a classic Halloween look including: 

-Texturizing skin for creature skin types, abrasions, wounds, and/or burns

Prepare for a magical evening as Illinois Libraries Present welcomes actress Marissa Bode. Bode made her feature film debut as Nessarose in Academy Award-winning blockbuster, Wicked, directed by Jon M. Chu.
