National Dog Day is celebrated annually on August 26th to highlight the contributions dogs make to society as loyal companions, service animals, and in the line of duty with law enforcement or military operations.
We're celebrating National Dog Day with a special raffle! Now thru August 26th, bring a picture of your dog to the library (please include his/her name and a contact phone number) or email a picture of them to help@fossilridge.org and receive a raffle ticket to win a basket of goodies for your dog!
BONUS: If you visit the library to bring in a photograph of your dog, you’ll receive a special doggy treat for your canine friend!
