Each session begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down. Participants rest while numbers are called for the bingo game, then complete exercises or health education questions, then rest during number calling, and so on.

Fossil Ridge Public Library has partnered with the Illinois Food Bank to bring lunch to kids, Grades K-12, for the summer. Individual meals will be delivered every Tuesday and Thursday and will be served from 11:30am-12:30pm.
