Key Responsibilities
- Lead adult and teen services, including programming, outreach, and readers’ advisory.
- Develop, manage, and promote adult and teen collections.
- Assist our Marketing and Communications Specialist on digital content, including website updates, social media, brochures, bibliographies, and newsletters.
- Serve as Person-in-charge in the Director’s absence, overseeing daily library operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent service to all library users.
- Work closely with other departments to improve library-wide services and foster meaningful connections with local schools and community partners.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from an ALA-accredited program preferred but not required.
- At least two years of experience in adult or teen programming, including two years in a supervisory position.
- Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and access to a vehicle for library business.
